Abstract

"ALIMENTADOR DE FIO" Um alimentador de fio possui uma roda de alimentação de fio a qual, de preferência, compreende cerâmica, e é revestida com um material correspondente. A roda de alimentação de fio, em função da escolha de seu material ou de sua forma, possui melhores propriedades de operação a longo prazo. O formato geométrico e/ou o material são menos susceptíveis de desgaste. Isto é obtido por intermédio de superfícies cerâmicas e/ou pela combinação de uma superfície de entrada de fio contínua e cónica com faces de suporte semelhantes de tira contíguas na região de armazenagem de fio, e uma superfície ininterrupta, ou seja, contínua, na região de desenrolamento de fio; as superfícies são modeladas de tal modo que o fio, ao longo de seu trajeto a partir da região de entrada até a região de desenrolamento, varre sobre as superfícies correspondentes sobre todo o trajeto axial. O suporte ou encosto semelhante a tira do fio na região armazenagem de fio é obtido por modelagem adequada da roda de alimentação de fio na região de armazenagem de fio. Aberturas ou fendas ou semelhante na roda de alimentação de fio não são necessárias, porém podem ser providas.
