Abstract

Patente de invenção: <B>"FECHADURA PARA TAMPAS, PORTAS OU SEMELHANTE DE VEìCULOS, ESPECIALMENTE FECHADURA DE PORTA-LUVAS"<D>. Em uma fechadura utilizável com uma tampa existe uma unidade rotativa que consiste em um fecho de correr (21) interativo com um elemento de fecho (10) e em uma ling³eta rotativa (22). Para otimizar o modo operacional, está sendo proposto dotar a unidade rotativa de mais um dispositivo de arrastamento fixo (23) que apresenta, de preferência, dois contra-ressaltos de sentido oposto um em relação ao outro. O elemento acionado (35) de uma engrenagem acionada por um motor (40) possui dois conta-ressaltos correspondentes. Então o motor (40) pode servir de auxílio de fechamento ou, eventualmente, também de abertura em conseq³ência do que a unidade rotativa pode ser levada no sentido de oscilação para a esquerda (58) ou no sentido de oscilação para a direita (59) até a plena posição de fechamento ou de abertura da tampa. O motor (40) possui, nisso, uma engrenagem com um grupo de engrenagem que é ajustável entre uma posição de encaixe e uma posição de separação. Na posição de separação o trinco de fecho (16) interativo com a ling³eta rotativa (22) é ineficaz se existir um caso de emergência. Na posição de fechamento ou de abertura da tampa é que se encontra um espaço livre entre os ressaltos e os contra-ressaltos e permite um movimento manual da tampa.
