Abstract
<B>LAMINADO MICROPOROSO DE FILME NãO TECIDO E POLIMéRICO, CAMADA LAMINADA MICROPOROSA, MéTODO DE FORMAçãO DE FILME POLIMéRICO COM DIFERENTES GRAUS DE MICROPOROSIDADE E DISPOSITIVO DE PREVENçãO DE FORMAçãO DE ORIFìCIOS O método e dispositivo da presente invenção impede a formação de orifício durante o estiramento de laminados em faixas na direção transversal à máquina (Cd). Os orifícios são impedidos criando áreas frouxas (10a) ao longo do comprimento do laminado (10) onde as extremidades das faixas não tecidas (14) se juntam ao filme polimérico (12), pressionando as áreas frouxas (10a) para os cilindros de estiramento interdigital (26) sem estirar as áreas frouxas (10a) e estirando o restante do laminado (10) de um modo característico. As áreas frouxas (10 a) são formadas antes da interdigitação, por exemplo, pela formação de um sulco, uma dobra ou uma corrugação.
