Abstract
"LAMINADO CRUZADO FORMADO EM FOLHA CONTìNUA, MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM LAMINADO CRUZADO, ARTIGO, E FOLHA CONTìNUA TUBULAR OU DOBRADA DE LAMINADO CRUZADO". Uma folha contínua de laminado cruzado é formada por dois filmes orientados, os filmes sendo arranjados de modo que a direção principal de orientação do primeiro filme (A) geralmente segue a direção longitudinal (D) da folha contínua e a direção principal do segundo filme (B) é perpendicular (F) a essa direção. O coeficiente de elasticidade do material do primeiro filme, em um estado não orientado, é pelo menos 15% inferior ao do material do segundo filme, e a contratilidade térmica do primeiro filme é maior do que a do segundo filme. Sacos formados a partir do laminado cruzado possuem vedações térmicas com resistência melhorada a descascamento por choque.
