Abstract
"CONEXãO DE BARRA ESTABILIZADORA E SISTEMA DE SUSPENSãO PARA UM VEìCULO MOTOR", sendo que o conjunto de suspensão provido incluindo um par de conexões de barra estabilizadora que interconectam os extremos opostos de uma barra estabilizadora a um par de membros de suspensão. Cada conexão de barra estabilizadora possui um corpo ou alojamento central construído de uma resina polimérica incluindo de 20% a 40% de preenchimento de vidro, para aumentar as propriedades mecânicas. Uma cuba é formada em cada extremo do alojamento e é adaptada para suportar um membro de mancal que define um soquete. Um segmento esférico de um pino de esfera é disposto dentro do soquete para facilitar o movimento angular do pino de esfera com relação à cuba. O membro de mancal inclui uma pluralidade de fendas axiais que se estendem a partir de um extremo aberto do soquete para definir abas resilientes de soquete, permitindo que o membro de mancal seja preso por pressão sobre o pino de esfera, retendo-o. O membro de mancal inclui ainda um segmento de colar, que se engata com a cuba, e uma pluralidade de abas de mola circunferenciais que se engatam com o pino de esfera para prover compensação ao desgaste e para reduzir o efeito da variação na compressão axial.
