Quando um estrangulador é aberto (um comutador de estrangulador no estado DESLIGADO é ligado) sob uma condição com a velocidade de veículo de 0 km e um número de rotações específico ou menos, um tal estado é considerado como uma operação de movimento de veículo e uma tensão de carregamento é reduzida de 14,5 V para 12,0 V por um período de tempo específico.
