Abstract
"SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE VáLVULA PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". Um sistema de controle de válvula incluindo um eixo comando de válvula atuando válvulas (A), tendo um came de levantamento alto (B) e um came de levantamento baixo (C), e um balancim externo (2) contatando o came de levantamento alto, e um balancim interno (3) contatando o came de levantamento baixo. As extremidades dos balancins adjacentes à válvula de assento axial de motor (V) são fixadas entre si por um pino conector (37). O sistema inclui um mecanismo de travamento disposto nas extremidades dos balancins oposto ao pino conector (37). O travamento dos balancins é realizado por um pino composto (8) movido entre condições engatados (fig. 14A) e desengatados (fig. 14B) em resposta a movimento de um atuador (9). O sistema também inclui um dispositivo variador de razão de oscilação, tal que, durante operação no modo de levantamento baixo, o levantamento pode ser gradualmente aumentado à medida que a velocidade aumenta.
