Abstract

"CADEIA DE TRANSPORTADOR E SISTEMA PARA PRODUTOS DE SALSICHA ENROLADOS". Uma cadeia de transportador (112) para salsichas enroladas possui uma pluralidade de primeiros condutores de gancho espaçados (114) com segundos condutores de gancho (116) articuladamente presos na mesma entre pares dos primeiros condutores de gancho. Um gancho geralmente em formato de J (92) possuindo uma haste alongada (94) é preso a cada um dos primeiro e segundo condutores de gancho por uma das extremidades da haste. Um mancal cilíndrico (106) é montado rotativo naquela extremidade da haste (94) somente nas hastes que pendem dos segundos condutores de gancho (116). Os mancais cilíndricos (106) engatam dentes (74) em uma roda dentada espaçada para engatar de modo acionado operativamente somente as hastes pendendo dos segundos condutores de ganchos (116). A cadeia de transportador (112) é contínua em natureza e se estende de modo móvel através de um compartimento de fumaça (34) fechado para submeter as correntes de salsichas enroladas (32) ao material de fumaça, tanto de uma natureza líquida, quanto fumaça natural. O compartimento (34) possui uma série de elementos rotativos espaçados (46, 48, 50, 52, 58), alguns dos quais são rodas dentadas (46) que engatam e acionam a cadeia (112), e outros que são elementos rotativos (por exemplo 150) possuindo uma superfície de mancal circular se estendendo em torno do mesmo para engatar barras (114) se estendendo lateralmente na cadeia oposta ao elementos de gancho (92). Os elementos de roda dentada (46, 52) estão dispostos em um plano horizontal e os elementos rotativos (58, 60) com as superfícies de mancal estão dispostos em um plano vertical.
