Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MéTODO PARA TRATAMENTO TéRMICO DE UM FIO CONTìNUO DE PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO E APARELHO ADAPTADO PARA O MESMO". A invenção refere-se a um processo de branquear ou cozinhar pelo menos um fio de alimento em que o fio de alimento é transportado através de um tanque de branquear em um meio transportador submerso dentro do tanque caracterizado pelo fato de que o meio transportador compreende meios para permitir que o fio de alimento seja pendurado sobre uma pluralidade de meios de suporte do meio transportador enquanto formando uma pluralidade de laços suspensos livres do fio de alimento entre cada meio de suporte adjacente quando disposto operacionalmente para pendurar o fio de alimento.
