Abstract

''DISPOSITIVO DE DECAPAGEM POR áCIDO''. Trata-se de um corpo 11 de tanque de decapagem por ácido que é particionado com uma parede divisória 12 em um primeiro tanque 13 e um segundo tanque 14. O primeiro tanque 13 e o segundo tanque 14 são preenchidos com líquidos ácidos L~ 1~ e L~ 2~, respectivamente, com diferentes concentrações. Uma tampa 15 é acoplada ao topo do corpo 11 de tanque de decapagem por ácido. Sobre a tampa 15 encontram-se montados rolos guias de imersão 25a até 25d, 26a até 26d. Sobre a superfície de fundo do primeiro tanque 13 e do segundo tanque 14 encontram-se montados patins 31a até 31e, 32a até 32d, que são montados através de blocos de suporte 27a até 27e, 28a até 28d. Um selo 22 de líquido é provido compreendendo um bocal de amortecimento 38 para jatear os líquidos ácidos L~ 1~ e L~ 2~ na direção da superfície de uma tira de aço S que realiza um percurso acima da parede divisória 12 do primeiro tanque 13 e do segundo tanque 14.
