Abstract

"PNEUMáTICO DE OPERAçãO PLANA" Pneumáticos de operação plana são feitos geralmente por inclusão de um inserto rígido no costado dos mesmos. Este inserto deve ser tão rígido quanto possível, para ajudar a suportar o peso do veículo no qual o pneumático é montado, em situações onde existe uma perda de pressão do ar. Contudo, o material usado na fabricação do inserto deve exibir, também, histerese baixa e deve ser processável. Esta combinação altamente benéfica de propriedades é obtida por utilização das composições desta invenção, na fabricação dos insetos dos pneumáticos de operação plana. Esta invenção revela um pneumático de operação plana que é compreendido de uma carcaça geralmente conformada em forma toroidal, com uma banda de rodagem circunferencial e externa, dois talões espaçados, pelo menos uma lona estendendo-se de talão à talão e costados estendendo-se radialmente de e conectando a dita banda de rodagem aos ditos talões; onde a dita banda de rodagem é adaptada para contatar o solo, onde os costados contém pelo menos um inserto radialmente interno a partir da dita lona e onde o inserto é compreendido de (1) uma borracha de polidieno vulcanizada que é acoplada ao metal do grupo IVa, selecionado do grupo consistindo de estanho, chumbo, germânio e silício, (2) de cerca de 30 phr à cerca de 130 phr de um enchimento e (3) de 0,1 phr à 5 phr de um ácido graxo. O inserto estender-se-á, geralmente radial e internamente a partir da parte de baixo da banda de rodagem circunferencial externa, na direção do talão, onde o costado se estende. é normalmente preferido que a borracha de polidieno vulcanizada seja acoplada com estanho.
