Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.円周方向に対して10°乃至45°の角度をなすように一つのプライと次の プライが交差された、非伸縮性ケーブル製の少なくとも2つのワーキングクラ ウンプライ(32、34)を含むクラウン補強材(3)を有する、ラジアルカ ーカス補強材(1)を備えたタイヤにおいて、円周方向に対して45°より大 きい角度をなす非伸縮性ケーブルで形成された如何なるプライも存在せず、実 質的に円周方向と平行に向けられた金属要素から形成された軸方向に連続な付 加プライ(33)がワーキングプライ(32、34)の半径方向間に配置され 、カーカス補強材の最大軸方向幅S0の少なくとも50%で、かつ、最も幅の 広いワーキングクラウンプライL32、L34の軸方向の幅の小さくとも1.05 倍に等しい軸方向幅L33を有することを特徴とするタイヤ。 2.前記付加プライ(33)の前記の幅L33が、最も幅の広い前記ワーキングク ラウンプライの軸方向幅の小さくとも1.1倍に等しいことを特徴とする請求 項1に記載のタイヤ。 3.前記第一ワーキングクラウンプライ(32)が、カーカス補強材(1)と平 行に配置されるように、下にある前記カーカス補強材(1)の子午線方向の曲 率1/r1と実質的に等しい子午線方向の曲率1/rを有し、形材(3)が、 前記ワーキングプライ(32)と前記付加プライ(33)の縁部の間に挟まれ 、前記形材(3)の前記の曲率が実質的に0であることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載のタイヤ。 4.前記クラウン補強材(3)が、半径方向に最後の前記ワーキングプライ(3 4)の上に配置された連続な、いわゆる保護プライ(35)を更に含み、前記 保護プライ(35)は弾性金属ケーブルで形成され、その軸方向幅L35が最も 半径方向外側の前記ワーキングプライの軸方向幅L34より大きいことを特徴と する請求項1乃至3の一つに記載のタイヤ。 5.前記付加プライ(33)が、スチール製の非伸縮性金属ケーブルで形成され 、プライの円周より非常に短い長さの部分を形成するように切断され、部分の 間の前記切断部は互いに軸に対してずれていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至 4 の一つに記載のタイヤ。 6.前記付加プライ(33)が、スチール製の連続な金属ケーブルで形成され、 前記ケーブルは、加硫前に相対伸びの関数としての引張り応力を示す曲線が、 小さな伸びに対しては緩やかな傾きを有し、大きな伸びに対しては急激で実質 的に一定の傾きを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の一つに記載のタイ ヤ。 7.前記付加プライ(33)の前記ケーブルが、前記ワーキングプライ(32、 34)のケーブルの直径より大きな直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃 至6の一つに記載のタイヤ。
