Abstract

<B>"REAGENTE PARA A MEDIçãO DA HEMOGLOBINA E A DETERMINAçãO DOS LEUCóCITOS EM UMA AMOSTRA DE SANGUE''<D>. A presente invenção trata de um reagente para medição da hemoglobina e a determinação dos leucócitos em uma amostra de sangue. Esse reagente compreende pelo menos um detergente de tipo catiónico; um composto de tipo glicosido, em particular uma saponina; pelo menos um sal inorgânico e/ou um agente osmótico e/ou leucoprotetor; e um tampão orgânico e/ou inorgânico próprio a ajustar seletivamente o pH do reagente, seja a um valor sensivelmente neutro (pH compreendido entre 5 e 8), seja a um valor básico (pH compreendido entre 8 e 12). Aplicação às análises hematológicas em medicina humana e veterinária.
