Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA VULCANIZáVEL". Um processo para a produção de uma composição de borracha vulcanizada contendo sílica e negro de carvão, compreende a etapa de misturar intimamente em uma temperatura de 130°C a 180°C pelo menos um primeiro polímero de cadeia insaturada reticulável com uma primeira carga de reforço à base de negro de carvão, de modo a obter uma primeira composição de borracha capaz de permitir uma subseq³ente dispersão efetiva de uma segunda carga de reforço à base de sílica e de um segundo polímero de cadeia insaturada reticulável. A composição de borracha assim obtida mostra uma dispersão homogênea das cargas de reforço, em particular da carga de reforço à base de sílica, características físico-mecânicas constantes, e capacidade de estiramento melhorada, e é particularmente adequada para a fabricação de bandas de rodagem de pneu com baixa resistência de rolamento.
