Abstract
Un procedimiento para producir una composicion de caucho vulcanizable que contiene sílice y negro de carbon, comprende el paso de mezclar íntimamente a unatemperatura de 130s a 180sC por lo menos un primer polímero de cadena insaturada reticulableco n un primer relleno de refuerzo basado en negro de carbon, demodo de obtener una primera composicion de caucho capaz de permitir una dispersion efectiva subsiguiente de un segundo relleno de refuerzo basado en sílice yde un segundo polímero decadena insaturada reticulable. La composicion de caucho así obtenida presenta una dispersion homogénea de los rellenos de refuerzo,en particular del relleno de refuerzo basado en sílice, características físico-mecánicas constantes y estirabilidadmejorada y es particularmente adecuado parala fabricacion de bandas de rodamiento con baja resistencia a la rodadura.
