Abstract

"CARTUCHO E CONJUNTO DE VáLVULA DE EXPANSãO QUE RESPONDEM TERMICAMENTE E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA VáLVULA DE EXPANSãO QUE RESPONDE TERMICAMENTE. Válvula de expansão que responde termicamente melhorada para uso em controlar fluxo de refrigerante em um sistema circulante tem um subconjunto de cartucho com uma cápsula de diafragma cheia de fluido, um mecanismo de haste operacional, um assento de válvula e obturador de válvula capturado. Uma extensão tubular com o assento de válvula é ajustavelmente roscada na cápsula. O conjunto de cartucho pode ser termicamente pré-calibrado antes da instalação em um furo em um corpo de válvula. Durante a calibragem, a extensão tubular é girada para ajustar o diafragma mecanismo de haste operacional para prover o movimento de obturador desejado do assento de válvula na temperatura de calibragem.
