"CARREIRA CONTìNUA DE ELEMENTOS PARA FECHO CORREDIçO E MéTODO E APARELHO PARA PRODUZIR A CARREIRA CONTìNUA DE ELEMENTOS E MONOFILAMENTOS FEITO DE RESINA SINTéTICA PARA FORMAçãO DA CARREIRA DE ELEMENTOS". A presente invenção proporciona uma carreira de elementos ou um fecho corrediço obtido pela estampagem de um monofilamento feito de resina sintética, no qual as cabeças de acoplamento são formadas em configurações de acoplamento peculiares a fim de permitir que os elmentos sejam confiavelmente acoplados um ao outro, mesmo que as fendas entre as partes de perna inferiores e superiores sejam pequenas e o elemento é durável e tem uma função suficiente de acoplamento, e proporciona um método e um aparelho para produzir o elemento. Cada cabeça de acoplamento (2) de um carreira contínua de elementos (ER) moldados por estampagem tem partes com seção chata (2a) cada uma estendendo-se de partes centrais de uma extremidade das partes de perna inferiores e superiores (3), uma em direção à outra, com larguras que aumentam numa longitudinal dos elementos e partes de acoplamento (2b) que são prensadas entre ambas as partes com seção chata (2a), estendendo-se ao longo de bordas extremas opostas das partes com seção chata (2a), mais finais que as partes com seção chata (2a), e tendo partes de extremidade em bico projetam-se em direção a lados opostos na direção longitudinal da carreira de elementos (ER), e a parte de acoplamento (2b) é confiavelmente acoplada num espaço pequeno formado entre as cabeças de acoplamento (2) e as partes de perna inferiores e superiores (3) dos elementos adjacentes de uma carreira de elementos conjugados, no momento do acoplamento com a carreira de elementos conjugados (ER) numa situação em que as partes de perna inferiores e superiores (3) da carreira de elementos são fixadas à fita de fecho substancialmente em contato próximo uma com a outra.
