제3도는 신발갑피 양측부의 상측변부를 보인 것으로 폐쇄수단을 고정시키기 위한 탄성고정수단과 함께 단면으로 도시된 부분 단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 신발갑피의 양측부를 고정하기 위한 잠금장치와 결합된 형태이고, 신발갑피의 양측부에 폐쇄수단을 고정시키기 위한 수단이 결합된 신발용 폐쇄구에 있어서, 폐쇄수단을 신발갑피 양측부의 상측변부에 연결하기 위한 가요성 수단으로 구성되고, 폐쇄수단을 폐쇄위치로 이동시켰을 때에 신발갑피 양측부가 신발내의 발에 잘 밀착됨을 특징으로 하는 신발용 폐쇄구.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 수단이 탄성 수단으로 구성된 바의 신발용 폐쇄구.
  3. 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 상기 탄성수단이 탄성 스트립으로 구성된 바의 신발용 폐쇄구.
  4. 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 수단이 고정수단의 길이를 따라서 또한 신발갑피양측부의 변부를 따라서 연장된 바의 신발용 폐쇄구.
  5. 청구범위 4항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄수단이 요크스프링 수단과 결합된 한쌍의 와이어 암을 가지며, 상기 요크수단은 와이어 암을 폐쇄위치로 압압하도록 와이어 암에 대하여 회전하는 형태이고, 상기 와이어 암은 신발이 폐쇄되도록 하여 갑피 양측부가 발에 밀착되게 하는 가요성수단에 고정된 바의 신발용 폐쇄구.
  6. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 신발이 운동화인 바의 신발용 폐쇄구.
  7. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 신발이 평상화인 바의 신발용 폐쇄구.
  8. 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 신발의갑 피양측부가 한쌍의 라이너와 결합되어 있으며, 갑피양측부에 착설된 탄성수단의 변부는 한쌍의 라이너사이에 구성된 바의 신발용 폐쇄구.
