Abstract
"RECIPIENTE"A invenção refere-se a um molho translúcido que pode ser manufaturado e oferecido ao consumidor como um sistema de duas fases, possuindo camadas separadas de óleo e água. Sob agitação manual, se produz uma emulsão que permanece estável por pelo menos uma semana. Tal molho é adequado para uso por ex. em salada.
