Abstract

La invención se refiere a una composición de aliño envasada translúcida que se puede fabricar y ofrecer al consumidor como un sistema bifásico, que tiene capas separadas de aceite y de agua. Al agitar a mano, se produce una emulsión que permanece estable por lo menos durante una semana. Dicha composición de aliño envasada es adecuada para su uso, por ejemplo, en ensaladas.
