Abstract
"SISTEMA TRANSDERMAL NãO-INVASIVO PARA DETECTARUM ANALISADO". A presente invenção se refere a sistemas emétosos transdermais não-invasivos para extração de analisado apartir de um fluido biológico dentro ou sob a pele, tal como umfluido intersticial, e detecção do analisado. Mais particularmente, apresente invenção relata um chumaço transdermal não-invasivocompreendido de um componente químico úmido e umcomponente químico seco. O componente químico úmido é ummeio de transferência líquido na forma de uma camada de gel paraa extração e transferência de líquido do analisado de interesse apartir do fluido biológico dentro ou sob a pele para o componentequímico seco. O componente químico seco é um super sensitivoou uma membrana condicionada que sustenta um sistema dereagente para interagir com o analisado de interesse para geraruma molécula indicadora; por exemplo, mudança de cor, paraconfirmar a detecção do analisado, os métodos e seus usos. Amolécula indicadora pode ser visualmente observada pelo usuárioindividual ou observada por um de componente interpenetraçãoeletrónico, tal como um espectrofotómetro de refletância paradetecção. Um analisado de interesse particular que pode serdetectado precisamente, qualitativa e quantitativamente de acordocom a presente invenção é a glucose. Os sistemas transdermaisnão-invasivos da presente invenção são de baixo custo eadequados para o uso conveniente por pessoas não-médicas.
