Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMA DE INSPEçãO DE VíDEO COM MONTAGEM ELETRôNICA"<D>. Um aparelho para automaticamente avaliar a qualidade de uma montagem de placa de circuito impresso (6) usando análise de imagem de vídeo digitalizada. O aparelho integra com sistemas existentes de fabricação com tecnologia de montagem de superfície ("SMT") automatizados de relativamente baixa precisão como uma estação de inspeção (56a) inserível em várias etapas no processo de montagem ou como uma estação separada manualmente carregada. A estação de inspeção inclui um sistema de imagem de vídeo de alta resolução e um analisador de imagem de vídeo compreendendo um computador mestre a bordo (26a) que gera sinais de controle para reposicionar a câmara montada dentro de uma tela (45) em um carro móvel (22a) e/ou reposicionar a placa do circuito, e ajustar a iluminação; e gera dados individuais do estado da placa a serem arquivados, graficamente exibidos em monitores (40a, 41a) ou de outra forma utilizados por uma estação de reforma.
