Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"AçO DE CONSTRUçãO INOXIDáVEL E PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DO MESMO''<D>. A invenção descreve a produção de aços de construção inoxidáveis, que podem ser usados em um amplo campo de aplicação para chapas, fitas, tubos, barras etc. Um campo de aplicação preferido é a produção de aços de concreto lisos ou nervurados e, nesse caso, também soldáveis, isto é, de aços de armadura inoxidáveis para a construção de concreto de aço. é tarefa da invenção possibilitar a produção de aços de construção inoxidáveis, soldáveis, que, por um lado, pertencem à classe martensítica ou ferrítico-martensítica, podem ser produzidos segundo um processo simplificado, sem recozimento e transformação a frio, e, por outro lado, apresentam propriedades de material pelo menos da mesma qualidade. Segundo a concepção da invenção, as propriedades de acordo com a destinação dos aços de construção inoxidáveis, tais como propriedades de resistência e tenacidade, soldabilidade e resistência à corrosão, são obtidas do calor de laminação e não por recozimento e subsequente transformação a frio. Constatou-se que no resfriamento dos aços inoxidáveis martensíticos ou ferrítico-martensíticos formam-se propriedades, diretamente do calor de laminação, que são igualmente boas ou melhores do que aquelas depois do tratamento térmico e subseq³ente transformação a frio. Com o processo de acordo com a invenção é obtido que o recozimento e a transformação a frio podem ser suprimidos e o aço de construção ou de concreto inoxidável pode ser produzido a preço mais baixo.
