Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung nichtrostenden, ferritischen bzw. ferritisch-martensitischen Betonstahls nach DIN 488 T1 mit folgender Zusammensetzung in Gew.%:
Cr 10,5 - 14,0 % Ni 0,01 - 4,0% Mn 0,01 - 3,0 % Mo 0,01 - 2,0% Cu 0,01 - 2,0 % C ≤ 0,03 % N ≤ 0,03 %, vorzugsweise Summe C + N ≤ 0,03 %, Ti ≤ 0,2%
Rest Fe und allenfalls weitere Verunreinigungen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stahl aus der Endwalztemperatur im Temperaturgebiet γ oder γ + α so abgekühlt wird, dass mindestens teilweise Martensit entsteht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abgekühlte Stahl im Temperaturbereich von 650 - 720°C angelassen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Eigenschaften eines höherfesten BetonstahlsStreckgrenze Re ≥600N/mm2Zugfestigkeit Rm ≥ 750N/mm2Bruchdehnung A10 ≥ 10 %. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Eigenschaften eines hochfesten BetonstahlsStreckgrenze Re ≥ 700N/mm2Zugfestigkeit Rm ≥ 850N/mm2Bruchdehnung A10 ≥ 8 %. - Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anlassen im Temperaturbereich von 600-660°C erfolgt - Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anlassen im Temperaturbereich von 550-600°C erfolgt.
