Abstract
【解決手段】フェライト・パーライト・マイクロ組織を有する高強度鋼の素材を、圧延、据込み、鍛造または押出しによって冷間加工して、所望の幾何学的断面を有し、素材のそれと実質的に同等以上である機械的性質を有する高強度鋼製構造部材を製造する方法。高強度鋼材料素材の組成は、重量%で、炭素:0.30〜0.65%、Mn:0.30〜2.5%、Al、Nb、Ti、Vおよびそれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の微粒化剤:0.03〜0.35%、Fe:残部である。

Description
PCT出願WO94/13842には、引張り強度800N/mm2 以上、降伏強度600N/mm2 以上で、組成が炭素0.3〜0.65%、マンガン0.3〜2.5%、アルムニウム、ニッケル、チタンまたはバナジウム0.03〜0.35%、残部が鉄である高強度鋼材料製素材から部品を成形する方法が示されている。
本発明の原理、目的、および効果は、以下の詳細な説明によってさらに明らかにされる。
本発明方法は、各種の高強度鋼構造部材を製造する上で有用である。詳細には、均一な横断面形状を実質的に全長に亙って有する細長い高強度鋼構造部材を製造する。例えばO、L、C、Z、I、T、W、U、V字形を有する構造部材およびその他の部材の冷間成形技術を説明する。

Claims (9)
- 特定の均一横断面形状を有する高強度鋼構造部材を製造する方法であり、高強度鋼材料素材を準備し、該素材を圧延して均一横断面形状を有する構造部材を得る工程を含み、該均一横断面形状は、該横断面形状体の外径よりも厚さの小さい少なくとも1つのフランジを含み、該少なくとも1つのフランジが構造部材の荷重負担能力を増大させる、該高強度鋼構造部材の製造方法において、
高強度鋼材料素材がフェライト・パーライト・マイクロ組織を有し、引張り強度が少なくとも800N/mm2(120000psi)、降伏強度が少なくとも600N/mm2(90000psi)であり、
前記高強度鋼材料素材は、重量%で、
炭素 0.30〜0.65%
マンガン 0.30〜2.5%
アルミニウム、ニオブ、チタン、バナジウムおよびそれらの混合物から成る群から
選ばれる有効量0.03〜0.35%の少なくとも1種の微粒化剤
鉄 残部
から成る組成を有し、該素材は、据込み、鍛造または押出しによって択一的に形成され、構造部材の引張り強度と降伏強度とを含む機械的性質が実質的に素材の機械的性質と同等以上であることを特徴とする高強度鋼構造部材の製造方法。 - 前記機械的性質を有する構造部材が靭性を改善するための追加の処理工程を要することなく製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された高強度鋼構造部材の製造方法。
- 前記高強度鋼材料が、素材を製造するために、予め熱間減厚加工および冷間引抜き加工を受けていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載された高強度鋼構造部材の製造方法。
- 前記高強度鋼材料から成る素材が、少なくとも1000N/mm2(150000psi)の引張り強度と、少なくとも900N/mm2(130000psi)の降伏強度とを有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載された高強度鋼構造部材の製造方法。
- 前記高強度鋼材料の組成が、重量%で、
炭素 0.40〜0.55%
マンガン 0.30〜2.5%
アルミニウム、ニオブ、チタン、バナジウムおよびその混合物から成る群から選ば
れる有効量0.03〜0.20%の少なくとも1種の微粒化剤
鉄 残部
であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載された高強度鋼構造部材の製造方法。 - 前記高強度鋼材料の組成が、重量%で、
炭素 0.50〜0.55%
マンガン 1.20〜1.65%
アルミニウム、ニオブ、チタン、バナジウムおよびそれらの混合物から成る群から
選ばれる有効量0.03〜0.20%の少なくとも1種の微粒化剤
鉄 残部
であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載された高強度鋼構造部材の製造方法。 - 前記冷間加工が環境温度から温度150℃(300°F)までの温度範囲で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載された高強度鋼構造部材の製造方法。
- 前記機械的性質を有する構造部材がその物理的性質を改善するために温度230℃(450°F)〜650℃(1200°F)で応力除去を受けることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載された高強度鋼構造部材の製造方法。
- 前記均一横断面形状がO、L、C、Z、I、T、U、V、W字形から成る群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載された高強度鋼構造部材の製造方法。
