Claims (7)
- 1.高強度鋼部材を製造する方法であって、少なくとも約80×106kg/m 2(120000psi)の引張強さ、および少なくとも約60×106kg/ m2(90000psi)の降伏強さを有する高強度鋼材の素材を準備し、 所望の幾何形状を有する部材を形成するために、この部材の引張強さおよび降伏 強さが実質的にその素材と同じであるように、素材に温間成形を施す段階を含み 、この高強度鋼材は重量%で次の組成を含み、炭素:約0.30〜約0.65% Mn:約0.30〜約2.5% V:最高約0.35% Fe:残部 前記引張強さおよび降伏強さの機械的特性を有する前記部材は他の強化工程段階 を備えずに製造される高強度鋼部材を製造する方法。
- 2.請求項1に記載の方法であって、高強度鋼材が予め高温圧下および冷間引抜 きされて、少なくとも約80×106kg/m2(120000psi)の引張 強さ、および少なくとも約60×106kg/m2(90000psi)の降伏 強さを有する素材を形成する方法。
- 3.請求項1に記載の方法であって、高強度鋼材の素材が少なくとも約105× 106kg/m2(150000psi)の引張強さおよび少なくとも約90× 106kg/m2(130000psi)の降伏強さを有することが好ましい方 法。
- 4.請求項1に記載の方法であって、高強度鋼材が次の重量%組成、すなわち 炭素:約0.50〜約0.55% Mn:約1.20〜約1.65% V:約0.03〜約0.15% Fe:残部 を含んで構成される方法。
- 5.請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記温間成形が約150℃(300°F) 〜約650℃(1200°F)の温度で行われる方法。
- 6.高強度鋼部材を製造する方法であって、少なぐとも約80×106kg/m 2(120000psi)の引張強さ、および少なくとも約60×106kg/ m2(90000psi)の降伏強さを有する高強度鋼材の素材を準備し、 この高強度鋼材は重量%で次の組成を含み、炭素:約0.30〜約0.65% Mn:約0.30〜約2.5% V:最高約0.35% Fe:残部 所望の幾何形状を有する部材を形成し、この部材の引張強さおよび降伏強さの機 械的特性が少なくとも実質的にその素材と同じであるように、素材に温間成形を 施す段階を含む方法。
- 7.請求項6に記載の方法であって、高強度鋼材が次の重量%組成、すなわち 炭素:約0.50〜約0.55% Mn:約1.20〜約1.65% V:約0.03〜約0.15% Fe:残部 を含んで構成される方法。
