Abstract
"CIRCUITO AMPLIFICADOR DE POTêNCIA PARA AMPLIFICAçãO DE SINAIS DE RF, E, TELEFONE CELULAR OPERáVEL EM UMA PLURALIDADE DE MODOS PARA RECEBER E TRANSMITIR SINAIS DE RF EM UMA PLURALIDADE DE BANDAS DE FREQuêNCIA". Circuito amplificador de potência para um transceptor de rádio tem um amplificador de modo linear e um amplificar de modo saturado (não linear), um circuito de adaptação diplex acoplado ao amplificador de modo linear para adaptação de impedância e para separar sinais transmitidos em uma pluralidade de bandas de freq³ência, um circuito de adaptação de passo baixo acoplado à saída do amplificador de modo saturado e dispositivo para colocar, seletivamente, o circuito amplificador de potência em um modo linear ou um modo saturado correspondendo aos modos digital e analógico de operação do telefone celular, respectivamente, no modo linear ou digital, o amplificador linear é polarizado no estado ligado e o amplificador de modo saturado pode ser polarizado no estado desligado. Similarmente, no modo saturado ou analógico de operação, o amplificador de modo saturado é polarizado no estado ligado e o amplificador linear pode ser polarizado no estado desligado. O circuito amplificador pode incluir uma chave ou circuito acoplado a uma saída do circuito de adaptação diplex e à saída do circuito de adaptação de passo baixo, para acoplar, seletivamente, a primeira saída de circuito de adaptação diplex ou a saída de circuito de adaptação de passo baixo a uma linha de saída, quando o circuito de adaptação é colocado, seletivamente, no modo linear ou modo saturado, respectivamente.
