Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SUBSTRATO PROVIDO DE UM REVESTIMENTO DE VáRIAS CAMADAS E PROCESSO PARA A SUA PREPARAçãO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um substrato provido de um revestimento de várias camadas. Além disso, a invenção refere-se a um processo para sua preparação através da entrada 1 a carroceria a ser revestida chega à etapa de pré-tratamento 2. Segue-se a esta o laqueamento de eletroimersão 3 e o tratamento em estufa da camada de laca de eletroimesão. Na etapa 5 efetua-se a preparação sobre o revestimento com laca em pó (etapa 6). Na etapa 7 seca-se com radiação infravermelha. A esta segue-se a etapa de resfriamento 7. Sobre a camada de laca em pó aplica-se a laca em pó na etapa 9. Após a passagem da secagem intermediária 10 aplica-se uma camada protetora na etapa 11 e em seguida, trata-se em estufa na etapa 12. Através da saída 11 a carroceria é transportada da instalação.
