Abstract

Patente de Invenção ''SUBSTRATO TENDO UMA SUPERFìCIE DE TRATAMENTO'', caracterizado pelo fato de que, para obter um substrato sobre a superfície na qual um filme repelente à água é firmemente unido através de um filme de base, e que mostra um baixo ângulo crítico de inclinação, durabilidade superior e alta densidade, uma camada de base repelente de água e/ou repelente de óleo é formada utilizando um líquido para o tratamento de camada de base. O líquido para tratamento da camada de base é obtido dissolvendo-se e reagindo um material tendo o radical clorosilil em forma molecular no mesmo e é dissolvido em solvente do grupo álcool, de tal maneira, que uma aspereza de superfície (Ra) menor que 0,5 nm é obtida, alcançando-se assim uma alta durabilidade e baixo ângulo de inclinação crítico.
