Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO PARA ENTREGA DE FATOR DE CRESCIMENTO HEMATOPOIéTICO." Uma composição para administração de fator de crescimento hematopoiético inclui um fator de crescimento hematopoiético, um veículo líquido, um primeiro polímero biocompatível e um segundo polímero biocompatível. A composição apresenta comportamento de viscosidade térmico inverso devido à interação entre o primeiro polímero biocompatível e o veículo líquido. O segundo polímero biocompatível auxilia a proteger o primeiro polímero biocompatível de ser dissolvido in vivo, seguindo a administração a um hospedeiro.
