Abstract
"CéLULA ELETROQUìMICA CAPAZ DE REMOVER ìONS DE UMA CORRENTE DE SOLUçãO, SISTEMA DE TROCA DE ìON ELETROQUìMICO, CONJUNTO DE CéLULAS ELETROQUìMICAS PARA REMOVER SELETIVAMENTE ìONS MULTIVALENTES DE UMA SOLUçãO, E, PROCESSOS DE SUBSTITUIçãO DE ìONS EM UM MATERIAL DE TROCA DE ìON PELA APLICAçãO DE UMA VOLTAGEM PARA UMA CéLULA ELETROQUìMICA, E DE REMOçãO DE ìONS MULTIVALENTES DE UMA SOLUçãO". Uma célula eletroquímica (20) para remoção de íons de uma corrente de solução compreende um alojamento (25) possuindo primeiro (40) e segundo (45) eletrodos. Pelo menos uma membrana de troca de íon de divisão de água (100) é posicionada entre os eletrodos, a membrana de divisão de água (100) compreendendo (i) uma superfície de trica de cátion (105) voltada para o primeiro eletrodo (40), e (ii) uma superfície de troca de ânio (110) voltada para o segundo eletrodo (45).
