Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"NúCLEO TROCADOR DE CALOR à BASE DE ALUMìNIO E PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO"<D>. é provido um núcleo trocador de calor pelo uso de um tubo trocador de calor não requerido para adesão antecipada de Zn e uma aleta não-revestida com uma composição de solda forte, um núcleo trocador de calor é provido o qual tem resistência à corrosão e capacidade de solda forte comparáveis àquelas do correspondente convencional ou maior do que elas. Aplicado sobre a superfície externa de um tubo achatado estudado (4) assim como um tubo trocador de calor é de composição de solda (7), derivada uma uma mistura de silicone e um fluxo do tipo flúor, e uma aleta (5), formada de um material à base de alumínio contendo zinco. O tubo achatado extrudado (4) e a aleta (5) são então aquecidos a uma dada temperatura de forma que os mesmos são trazidos em relação soldada um ao outro, e uma camada de difusão misturada (8) de silício e zinco então sobre a superfície externa do tubo achatado extrudado (4).
