Abstract

"PROCESSO DE DISTRIBUIR A IMPRESSãO DE DOCUMENTOS ENTRE UMA PLURALIDADE DE IMPRESSORAS EM UM SISTEMA DE IMPRESSãO EM REDE E SISTEMA DE IMPRESSãO". Um sistema de impressão para distribuir pedidos de impressão submetidos por um ou mais clientes inclui um servidor que recebe os pedidos de impressão, gera uma tarefa de impressão a partir de um ou mais pedidos de impressão, e extrai atributos da tarefa de impressão. Uma base de dados contém atributos das impressoras lógicas e impressoras físicas associadas com as impressoras lógicas, as filas de uma rede e os atributos da tarefa de impressão recebida dos clientes. Uma consulta de base de dados é usada para filtrar os atributos extraídos de uma tarefa de impressão contra os atributos das impressoras físicas associadas com a impressora lógica para a qual a tarefa de impressão foi transmitida para determinar se a tarefa de impressão é passível de ser executada por pelo menos uma das impressoras físicas.
