Abstract

"SISTEMA CLIENTE-SERVIDOR TOLERANTE A FALHAS E PROCESSO DE OPERAR O MESMO". Um sistema cliente-servidor tolerante a falhas tem um servidor primário; e um cliente. O cliente transmite uma solicitação para o servidor primário, que recebe e processa a solicitação, inclusive transmitindo a resposta para o cliente, de forma independente de qualquer processamento de cópia de reserva. A resposta inclui informações de estado do servidor primário. O servidor primário também realiza processamento de cópia de reserva que inclui periodicamente transmitir as informações de estado do servidor primário para o servidor de cópia de reserva. O cliente recebe a resposta do servidor primário, e envia as informações de estado do servidor primário para o servidor de cópia de reserva. As informações de estado do servidor primário incluem todos os pares de solicitação-resposta que o servidor primário tenha processado desde uma transmissão mais recente de informações de estado do servidor primário para o servidor de cópia de reserva.
