Abstract

"SISTEMA DE AJUDA DE DIRETóRIO ON-LINE". Um método para proporcionar serviços de ajuda de diretório online é descrito. O sistema de ajuda de diretório online inclui um servidor que recebe uma mensagem de solicitação por informação através de uma rede comutada de pacotes de um dispositivo de acesso. O servidor envia a informação para o dispositivo de acesso em resposta à mensagem de solicitação, onde a informação inclui dados de conteúdo básico e dados de conteúdo otimizado opcionais. O sistema também inclui um banco de dados que armazena a informação.
