Abstract
"PROCESSOS PARA PRODUZIR óXIDO DE ETILENO E PARA MELHORAR O RENDIMENTO DO MESMO". Esta invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de óxido de etileno compreendendo alimentar etileno, oxigênio de elevada pureza e um gás de compensação com um gás de reciclo em um reator em um reator cheio de catalisador para formar uma mistura gasosa; transferir a mistura gasosa do reator para uma unidade de recuperação para separar seletivamente óxido de etileno do gás contendo dióxido de carbono; transferir pelo menos uma porção do gás contendo dióxido de carbono para uma unidade de extração para separar seletivamente dióxido de carbono e um gás residual; passar pelo menos uma porção do gás residual para purgar e a outra porção para reciclar como o gás de reciclo; e recuperar óxido de etileno da unidade de recuperação
