Abstract
"PROCESSOS PARA INIBIR A FORMAçãO DE CARBONO E/OU COQUE A PARTIR DE UMA CORRENTE DE GáS REATIVA CONTENDO CARBONO E PARA AUMENTAR A PRESSãO PARCIAL DO OXIGêNIO NO LADO DO PERMEADO DE UMA MEMBRANA TRANSPORTADORA DE ìONS OXIGêNIO". Um processo para inibir a formação de carbono e/ou coque de uma corrente de gás reativa contendo carbono no lado do permeado de uma membrana transportadora de íons oxigênio, ou para aumentar nesse local a pressão parcial do oxigênio, pela separação da corrente de gás de alimentação de modo a formar uma corrente de gás esgotada de oxigênio no lado retentor e uma corrente de gás contendo produtos de reação de oxigênio no lado do permeado. O lado do permeado é purgado com a corrente de gás reativa contendo carbono, sendo que pelo menos uma parte da corrente de gás de descarga formada pela reação da corrente de gás reativa com o oxigênio separado é recirculada para purgar o lado do permeado.
