Claims (14)

  1. 경 올레핀-함유 탄화수소 원료로부터 아르신을 제거하는 방법에 있어서, a) 상기 원료를 지지체 물질상에 증착된 니켈을 함유하며 상기 니켈이 산화니켈 및 금속니켈 둘 다로서 존재하는 흡착물질에 통과시키고; 및 b) 실질적으로 감소된 아르신 함량을 갖는 탄화수소 스티림을 회수하는 단계들을 포함하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화니켈과 금속니켈의 총량이 흡착물질의 약 80중량% 이하를 차지하며, 단 금속니켈이 흡착제의 10중량% 이하 및 50중량% 이상을 차지하지 않는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 금속니켈과 산화니켈의 중량비가 약 0.4 내지 약 2.0이고 및 흡착제가 약 30 내지 60중량%의 지지체 물질을 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡착물질이 약 100 내지 약 200㎡/g의 비표면적을 갖는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원료가 77중량% 이상의 프로필렌, 바람직하기로는 약 85 내지 약 99중량%의 프로필렌을 함유하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 온도 약-10-약80℃, 원료를 액상으로 유지시키기에 충분한 압력 및 WHSV 약 0.1-25kg/kg.h에서 수행되는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원료가 80중량% 이상의 에틸렌, 바람직하기로는 약 90-약 99중량%의 에틸렌을 함유하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 온도 약-10-약80℃, 압력이 최소한 1MPa 및 WHSV 약 0.1-25kg/kg.h에서 수행되는 방법.
  9. 제6항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 온도 약 10- 약 40℃ 및 WHSV 약 1- 약 10kg/kg.h에서 수행되는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡착물질에 최소한 1종의 경 올레핀 소량을 함유하는 불활성 기체기류를 통과시켜 미리 조절시키는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 불활성 기체 중의 경 올레핀이 약 0.1-15 부피% 농도의 프로필레인 방법.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 흡착물질을 조절시키기에 앞서, 온도 약 150-250℃ 및 바람직하기로는 대기압하에서 먼저 불활성 기체를 함유하는 기류, 이어서 불활성 기체와 수소의 혼합물로서 수소의 농도가 증가되도록 함유하는 기류를 통과시켜 흡착물질을 예비 처리하는 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회수된 스트림이 50중량 ppb를 초과하지 않는 아르신 농도를 갖는 방법.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원료내의 아르신의 원래 농도가 약 70중량 ppm이하인 방법.
