Abstract

"ISOLADOR DE SINAL DIGITAL DE BAIXA POTêNCIA". Um dispositivo de isolamento de sinal para um sinal digital de entrada tem um primeiro foto acoplador que é ativado pelo pulso diferenciado produzido na borda principal do sinal digital e um segundo foto acoplador que é ativado pelo pulso diferenciado produzido na borda principal do sinal digital. Um sistema de realimentação positivo é conectado em uma maneira de puxar-empurrar com os foto acopladores para produzir um sinal digital de saída que corresponde ao sinal digital de entrada. O sistema de realimentação positivo pode ser implemetado por uma memória intermediária que inclui um resistor para manter a memória intermediária em um estado estável mesmo quando ambos os foto acopladores são não condutivos.
