Abstract

Patente de Invenção: MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA TRANSMITIR E RECEBER DADOS DE CóDIGO CONCATENADOS. Em dados de código concatenados, palavras de código corretamente decodificados provenientes de um decodificador são utilizados para melhorar o desempenho do decodificador convolucional. Uma palavra de código pode algumas vezes ser corretamente decodificada antes do recebimento de todos os símbolos para a palavra de código. A decodificação prematura da palavra código permite a recriação correta de toda a palavra de código, mesmo os símbolos que não foram ainda recebidos. A palavra de código completa corrigida é usada pelo decodificador convolucional para eliminar ramos da grade, melhorando dessa forma a decodificação de bits de dados anteriores e futuros na grade. A distância de volta na corrente do decodificador convolucional pode também ser tornada mais curta com base no conhecimento de que algumas das palavras de código recebidas foram corretamente decodificadas. Finalmente, os símbolos de paridade que ainda não foram recebidos para a palavra de código corretamente decodificada podem ser eliminados da transmissão para melhorar a taxa geral de transmissão.
