Abstract

"COMPOSTO, COMPOSIçãO INSETICIDA, ACARICIDA OU NEMATICIDA, E, PROCESSOS PARA COMBATE E CONTROLE DE PESTES E INSETO, ACARINO OU NEMATóIDE EM UM LOCAL E PARA PREPARAR UM COMPOSTO". Um composto de fórmula (I): em que Ar é opcionalmente fenila substituída ou um anel hetericíclico de 5 ou 6 membros opcionalmente substituído contendo de 1 a 3 heteroátomos individualmente selecionados a partir de átomos de nitrogênio, oxigênio e enxofre, e pelo menos uma insaturação (ligação dupla) entre átomos adjacentes no anel, o referido anel heterocíclico sendo adicionalmente fundido em um anel benzeno, em que os substituintes, se presentes, são selecionados a partir de átomos de halogênio, grupos ciano, alquila, alquenila, alquinila, alcóxi, haloalquila, haloalquenila, alquiltio e alquil amino; R representa hidrogênio ou ciano ou um grupo selecionado a partir de alquila, arila, heteroarila, aralquila, heteroalquila, alquenila, aralquenila, alquinila, ariloxicarbonila, alcanosulfonila, arenosulfonila, alqueniloxcarbonila, aralquiloxicarbonila, ariloxicarbonila, heterociclialquila, carbamila, ditiocarboxila ou XR^ 3^ (em que X representa oxigênio ou um grupo NR^ 4^), contanto que, quando R é alquenila, aralquenila ou alquinila, o referido grupo não possua um átomo de carbono insaturado se ligando diretamente ao nitrogênio do anel da fórmula (I); R^ 3^ e R^ 4^ são, independentemente, hidrogênio, alquila, arila, heteroarila, aralquila, heteroaralquila, alquenila, aralquenila, alquinila, heterocicloalquila, alcoxicarbonila ou acila carboxílica; porções alquila de R, R^ 3^ e R^ 4^ compreendem de 1 a 15 átomos de carbonbo, e são opcionalmente substituídas por um ou mais substituintes selecionados a partir de grupos halogênio, ciano, carboxila, acila carboxílica, carbamila, alcoxicarbonila, alcóxi, alquilenodióxi, hidróxi, nitro, haloalquila, alquila, amino, acilamino, imidato e fosfonato; porções arila, heteroarila, aralquila, heteroarilalquila, alquenila, aralquenila, alquinila, alcoxicarbonila, alcanossulfonila, arenossulfonila, alcaniloxicarbonila, aralquiloxicarbonila, ariloxicarbonila, heterociclialquila, carbamila e ditiocarboxila de R, R^ 3^e R^ 4^ compreendem de 1 a 15 átomos de carbono e são opcionalmente substituídas por um ou mais substituintes selecionados a partir de grupos halogênio, ciano, carboxila, acila carboxílica, carbamila, alcoxicarbonila, alcóxi, alquilenodióxi, hidróxi, nitro, haloalquila, alquila, amino, acilamino, imidato e fosfonato; R^ 1^ representa hidrogênio, hidróxi, alquila, alcóxi, amino, nitro, isocianato, acilamino, hidroxialquila, heteroarila opcionalmente substituída, alcoxialaquila, haloalquila, halohidroxialquila, aralquiloxialquila, aciloxialquila, amidoximido, sulfoniloxialquila, aminoalquila, alcoxicarbonilamino, acilaminoalquila, cianoalquila, imino, formila, acila ou ácido carboxílico ou um éster ou amida dos mesmos, ou alquenila ou alquinila, qualquer dos quais opcionalmente substituído por halogênio, alcóxi, cicloalquila, arila opcionalmente substituída, heteroarila opcionalmente substituída ou ciano; ou um sal de adição de ácido, sal de amónio quaternário, ou <MU>N<MV>-óxido derivado dos mesmos; uma composição inseticida, acaricida ou nematicida compreendendo um composto de fórmula (I) e um diluente ou veículo adequado para o mesmo, um processo de combate e controle de pestes de nematóides, acarinos ou insetos em um local que compreenda tratar as pestes ou o local das pestes com uma quantidade efetiva de um composto de fórmula (I) ou uma composição como aqui antes descrita.
