Abstract

Un compuesto de la formula (I), en la cual R1 es Ar-(CH2)n- donde n es cero o uno y Ar es un fenilo opcionalmente sustituido o un sistema de anillosheterocíclicos de 5 o 6 miembros opcionalmente sustituido que contiene entre 1 y 3 heteroátomos independientemente seleccionados entre nitrogeno, oxígeno yazufre, y al menos una insaturacion (doble enlace) entre átomos adyacentes en el anillo, donde los sustituyentes, si los hay, se seleccionan entre átomos dehalogeno, grupos alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, alcoxilo, haloalquilo, haloalquenilo, haloalcoxilo, alquitiol y alquilamino, teniendo dichos gruposhasta seis átomos de carbono; R2 y R3 son independientemente hidrogeno o un grupo seleccionado entre grupos alquilo, arilo, heteroarilo, aralquilo,formilo, alquilcarbonilo, arilcarbonilo, heteroarilalquilo, alquenilo, aralquenilo, alquinilo, alcoxicarbonilo, alcanosulfonilo, fenilsulfonilo,alqueniloxicarbonilo, aralquiloxicarbonilo, ariloxicarbonilo,heterociclilalquilo, carbamilo o ditiocarboxilo; las porciones alquilo de R2 yR3 comprenden de 1 a 15 átomos de carbono, y están opcionalmente sustituidas con uno o más sustituyentes seleccionados entre grupos halogeno, ciano,carboxilo, acilo carboxílico, formilo, carbamilo, alcoxicarbonilo, alcoxilo, alquilendioxilo, hidroxilo, nitro, amino, alquilamino, imidato y fosfonato;los miembros arilo, heteroarilo, aralquilo, heteroarilalquilo, alquenilo, aralquenilo, alquinilo, alcoxicarbonilo, alcanosulfonilo, fenilsulfonilo,alqueniloxicarbonilo, aralquiloxicarbonilo, ariloxicarbonilo, heterociclilalquilo, carbamilo y ditiocarboxilo de R2 y R3 están opcionalmentesustituidos con uno o más sustituyentes elegidos entre los grupos halogeno, ciano, carboxilo, arilo carboxílico, formilo, carbamilo, alcoxicarbonilo,
