Abstract

<B>PROCESSOS E DISPOSITIVOS PARA PRODUçãO DE BOMBAS DE WAFFLES COMESTìVEIS<D>. Em uma superfície de cozimento (3) revolvente é cozida uma seção de waffles (4) constituída de massa para waffles, sendo contínuo e plasticamente deformável quando quente, sendo removido da superfície de cozimento quente (3) para um nível de retirada predeterminado (5) e em uma fenda de rolamento (10) de um dispositivo de enrolamento (9), posicionado em posição mais baixa e oblíqua em relação à trajetória da seção de waffles, configurado entre dois mecanismos enroladores (11, 12) giratórios em sentido contrário, em posição helicoidal sobreposta ao redor de um mecanismo enrolador (11) configurado como fuso, configurando um corpo oco contínuo em formato de luva que é cortado em diferentes bombas de waffles que no seu resfriamento adquirem consistência estalada e tostada. Na fase inicial deste processo de fabricação do início da seção de waffle (4) cozida será deixado baixar desde o nível de retirada (5) pela ação da força de gravidade até os mecanismos enroladores (11, 12), deixando-se que seja introduzida uma fenda de enrolamento (10) de ao menos um dos mecanismos enroladores. Os dispositivos abrangem um forno de cozer (64, 72), no qual cada dispositivo enrolador (68, 78, 79) possui um dispositivo de enfiar, bem como um dispositivo enrolador provido do dispositivo de enfiar.
