Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE CONTATO, PROCESSO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO, E, PACOTE DE BATERIA PARA UM DISPOSITIVO ELETRÈNICO". Um conjunto de contato provê um contato confiável entre um pacote de bateria e um dispositivo eletrónico. O conjunto inclui diversos elementos de contato e um isolador moldado nos elementos de contato. Os diversos elementos de contato incluem preferivelmente um elemento de contato positivo e um elemento de contato negativo possuindo cada um uma superfície soldável e uma superfície seletivamente revestida. As superfícies soldáveis são soldadas aos terminais positivo e negativo do pacote de bateria, respectivamente. As superfícies seletivamente revestidas são preferivelmente revestidas com ouro para assegurar uma boa conexão entre o dispositivo e o pacote de bateria. O isolador serve para fixar os elementos de contato em relação um ao outro. Adicionalmente, o isolador facilita a minimização do tamanho do pacote de bateria permitindo que os contatos sejam colocados muito próximos um do outro.
