  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 板状試料の一方側に配置され、該板状試料の一方の表面
    を種々の腐食雰囲気に晒すための、圧力及び温度が設定
    自在な耐圧容器と、 前記板状試料の他方側に配置され、該板状試料の他方の
    表面を測定液に接触させることによって、前記耐圧容器
    の腐食雰囲気により板状試料に侵入した水素をそのイオ
    ン化電流として検出するための電気化学セルと、 を備えたことを特徴とする水素透過試験装置。
