Abstract

AGENTE ANTI-CHAMAS, PLACAS DE LASCAS OU FIBRAS, FORMA DE LASCAS OU FIBRAS E PROCESSO PARA TORNAR PLACAS OU FORMAS DE LASCAS OU FIBRAS A PROVA DE FOGO", dito agente anti-chamas com o qual placas ou formas de lascas ou fibras, que são extraídas de maneira ou partes integrantes de plantas de um ano, podem ser feitas à prova de fogo. Esse agente anti-chamas contém 65 a 85, de preferência 74 partes de peso de sulfato de amónio, 10 a 25, de preferência 19 partes de peso de borax e 4 a 10, de preferência 7 partes de peso de fosfato trissódico. Podem ser misturadas no meio adicionalmente 0,5 a 2 partes de peso, de preferência 1 parte de peso de metassilicato de sódio. Além disso propõe-se um processo para tornar tais placas ou formas à prova de fogo, onde as lascas ou fibras são impregnadas primeiro com uma solução do proposto agente anti-chamas, em seguida secadas até um teor de umidade de aproximademente 1% a aproximadamente 12% , de preferência de 1 a 4%, encoladas depois com um agente aglutinante, juntadas em mantos não tecidos de prensagem e finalmente prensadas para placas ou formas.
