Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"APARELHO PARA DETECçãO MAGNéTICA DA MAIS ALTA SENSIBILIDADE DE ANALITOS"<D>. Um aparelho para a medição qualitativa e/ou quantitativa de analitos, em particular em amostras biológicas, por meio de ligação com ligante receptor e tendo um dispositivo de magnetização para a produção de um campo magnético na localização da amostra e com um dispositivo de detecção para medição das propriedades magnéticas da amostra é caracterizado pelo fato de que o dispositivo de magnetização (11', 11") e especialmente disposto com relação ao dispositivo de detecção (71, 8, 9, 10; 16; 20) em uma tal maneira que o campo magnético produzido pelo dispositivo de magnetização (11', 11") na localização da magnetização é atenuado por pelo menos um fator de 10, e preferivelmente por um fator de 1000 ou mais, na localização ocupada pela amostra durante a medição, ou em que um dispositivo de comutação é fornecido com o qual, por toda uma predeterminada duração de tempo e em particular durante a fase de medição do dispositivo de detecção (71, 8, 9, 10; 16), pode-se desativar o campo magnético do dispositivo de magnetização (11; 21) na localização da amostra (12). Nessa maneira, novos tipos de medições para detecção magnetorelaxométrica de analitos ou para a detecção de analitos por meio de medições de remanência podem ser executadas em uma maneira rotineira e económica "in vitro" ou "in vivo".
