Abstract
Μια μέθοδος προεπεξεργασίας ενός δείγματος για επιμέτρηση χοληστερόλης η οποία χαρακτηρίζεται από, πριν τη μέτρηση χοληστερόλης που περιέχεται μέσα σε συγκεκριμένες λιποπρωτεΐνες, επεξεργασία του δείγματος που περιέχει λιποπρωτεΐνες με ένα ένζυμο, το υπόστρωμα του οποίου είναι ελεύθερη χοληστερόλη, προαιρετικά μαζί με ένα επιταχυντή, μια μέθοδο επιμέτρησης χοληστερόλης σε συγκεκριμένη λιποπρωτεΐνη χρησιμοποιώντας την πιο πάνω μέθοδο. Και ένα κτι επιμέτρησης χοληστερόλης σε συγκεκριμένες λιποπρωτεΐνες που πρέπει να χρησιμοποιηθεί στην πιο πάνω μέθοδο επιμέτρησης. Χρησιμοποιώντας αυτή τη μέθοδο επιμέτρησης, η χοληστερόλη σε ένα συγκεκριμένο κλάσμα μπορεί συμβατικά, με ακρίβεια και αποτελεσματικά να επιμετρηθεί ουσιαστικά χωρίς να καταφεύγουμε σε πολυανιόν, κ.λ.π. Συνεπώς αυτή η μέθοδος μπορεί να χρησιμοποιείται κατάλληλα σε διάφορους αυτόματους αναλυτές.
