Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA QUEIMAR MATERIAL ORGâNICO". Descreve-se um aparelho e processo para queimar material orgânico incluindo um resíduo de forragem de fazenda da presente invenção incluindo um compartimento de fogo (14) tendo um injetor de ar (22) disposto dentro do compartimento de fogo (14). Um trocador de calor (20) é também disposto dentro do compartimento de fogo (14) acima do injetor de ar (22). O combustível (18) para ser queimado, uma mistura de resíduo orgânico de forragem de fazenda, é empilhado no compartimento de fogo (18) circundando o injetor de ar (22) e o trocador de calor (20). Pela injeção de ar na pilha de combustível, o combustível é queimado do interior para o exterior, circundando o trocador de calor (20) com o combustível de queima. O combustível não queimado atua para isolar o combustível queimado das paredes do compartimento de fogo (14). O aparelho pode ser utilizado como um incinerador, uma fornalha para o aquecimento de edifícios ou qualquer outro uso requerido para a geração de calor.
