Abstract

"METODO E APARELHO DE MATRIZ ESCALONADA PARA RECIPIENTES COM ESTREITAMENTO". Trata-se de um aparelho de estreitamento para a produção de uma porção com gargalo afunilada para dentro, suave em um recipiente cilíndrico que inclui uma pluralidade de módulos de estreitamento e um torno que é montado de modo rotativo em cada módulo em torno de um eixo geométrico de rotação. Cada torno inclui um quadro de torno superior que é montado no eixo geométrico de rotação e que pode ser movido axialmente com relação ao torno e um quadro de torno inferior. Uma pluralidade de matrizes de estreitamento é montada no quadro de torno superior e um pluralidade de suportes de recipientes está alinhada axialmente com as matrizes de estreitamento e está montada no quadro de torno inferior para movimento axial. Cada matriz de streitamento inclui uma porção de estreitamento para engatar e estreitar uma parede lateral de um recipiente à medida em que o suporte de recipiente alinhado move um recipiente na direção da matriz de estreitamento.
